At Walmart, I worked with Global Tech C-suite leadership to create quarterly town halls (for several pillars with an audience of over 14,000 technologists) that reported key technology milestones and KPIs and featured interactive activities such as company trivia to increase employee engagement.

In this monthly newsletter sent to over 6,000 technologists within the End-2-End pillar, I worked directly with leadership to craft narratives that celebrated wins and encouraged new ways of working. As a result, the leadership received positive associate feedback, including technologists' better sense of their work’s purpose and understanding of technology trends.
